About the Role:
This is your chance toΒ ownΒ Paid Search globally (not just execute someone else’s plan!). Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you’ll:
πΉ Take full control of SEM strategy across AU, UK, and US markets β with over $1M annual budget.
πΉ WorkΒ in-houseΒ β no more agency juggling!
πΉ Drive ROAS, CPL, customer acquisition and retention goals.
πΉ Lead a high-performing agency (AU market) while personally managing UK & US accounts.
πΉ Collaborate on SEO, analytics, content, and test new channels like paid social and native advertising.
About You:
βοΈ 7+ years managing Google Ads/Search/Shopping/PMAX with big budgets
βοΈ Strong SEO knowledge and love for making data-driven decisions
βοΈ International campaign experience (especially UK/US markets)
βοΈ Background in marketplaces, travel, tourism, hospitality, or gifting sectors
βοΈ Skilled with Google Analytics (GA4), Merchant Centre, and feed management platforms
