What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or 2IC in a digital creative agency or similar tech environment.
• Proven Expertise in growth marketing, CRO, and personalisation strategies.
• Deep Knowledge of Digital Performance (search, email, paid, and organic). You will not be on the tools, but you must know how each channel fits into a broader digital marketing strategy.
• Strong Grasp of AI Technologies and how to apply them in the digital space.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: a track record of building, innovating, and scaling.
• Extensive Leadership Qualities and a stockpile of ideas to elevate the business.
