What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a team of paid media specialists, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
• Leveraging data and insights to drive performance and refine strategies.
• Working closely with creative and account teams to deliver integrated solutions across social media, EDMs, and other digital channels.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

What we’re looking for:

• Management Experience: 3+ years of managing a team in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Expertise in Paid Social: Proven experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest platforms.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and a knack for translating insights into action.
