The Role

A Perth digital agency is looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee how work is delivered across a portfolio of retained clients.

You will coordinate delivery across strategy, design, development and digital marketing teams while leading the operational planning and scheduling that keeps everything running smoothly.

You will work closely with Account Directors and internal teams to ensure client work is delivered on time, teams have clear direction and delivery risks are managed early.

What you will be doing

• Overseeing delivery of retained client platforms and enhancement work
• Planning schedules, resourcing and delivery timelines
• Ensuring projects run efficiently and within agreed budgets
• Supporting client discussions where delivery insight is required
• Improving delivery processes and operational systems across the agency
• Leading and mentoring Delivery Managers and Coordinators

What we are looking for

• 7+ years experience in digital delivery, project management or agency operations
• Experience coordinating multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
• Strong understanding of digital production environments
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Productive
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across design, development and marketing

Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is a bonus.
