The Opportunity
You will join a team of 50+ smart, motivated and genuinely passionate people, working together on-site.
This is a leadership role with real impact. You will shape how the business shows up to market, how it communicates its value, and how marketing drives growth across multiple channels.
This is not a purely strategic role. You will lead from the front and stay close to execution to ensure things actually get done.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital, content and communications.
You will be responsible for building a clear, consistent and compelling market presence, while ensuring marketing activity contributes directly to growth.
This includes:
- Brand positioning and narrative
- Integrated campaign strategy and execution
- Digital marketing performance and alignment
- Content strategy and thought leadership
- Communications and public relations
- Events, partnerships and market visibility

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Own and evolve the company’s brand, positioning and narrative
- Ensure consistency across all marketing, communications and digital touchpoints
- Strengthen brand awareness, trust and market presence
Campaigns and Growth
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, partnerships and events
- Define campaign strategy, messaging and success metrics
- Ensure campaigns drive awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes
Communications and PR
- Develop and implement communications and public relations strategy
- Manage external communications including media, announcements and thought leadership
- Build relationships with media, partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure consistent messaging across all external channels
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Provide direction across digital channels to ensure alignment with overall strategy
- Oversee performance across website, paid, organic and lifecycle channels
- Ensure digital activity supports both brand and demand generation
Content and Storytelling
- Define content strategy and editorial direction
- Oversee creation of high-quality content across all channels
- Build thought leadership and authority within the market
Events and Market Presence
- Lead strategy for events, activations and partnerships
- Maximise brand exposure and audience engagement
- Align events with broader marketing and growth objectives
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team
- Work closely with leadership, sales and broader business functions
- Manage agencies, partners and external suppliers
- Set priorities, budgets and KPIs
Performance and Optimisation
- Establish clear marketing and communications metrics and reporting frameworks
- Analyse performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Identify new growth opportunities through data and market insight
About You
- 6 to 10 years experience in marketing, ideally within a scale-up or growth-focused business
- Proven ability to lead brand and marketing strategy end-to-end
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaigns
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally
- Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in AgTech, regional or operational industries
- Background in technology or product-led businesses
- Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments
- Exposure to AI tools within marketing workflows
