The Opportunity
You will be joining a team of 50+ smart, motivated and collaborative people, working closely together on-site.
This role sits at the centre of the business’s next phase of growth, bringing structure, clarity and performance to the entire digital funnel.
It is a hands-on role with real ownership. Not just strategy. Not just execution. A combination of both.
The Role
This is a full-funnel digital marketing leadership role focused on connecting marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes.
You will be responsible for building and optimising the systems that convert marketing effort into pipeline and revenue.
This includes:
- Lead generation and acquisition strategy
- Website performance and conversion optimisation
- CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Attribution and reporting
- Marketing automation and nurture journeys
The goal is simple: turn marketing into a predictable, scalable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth and Funnel Ownership
- Own digital acquisition and conversion across paid, organic, web and CRM
- Build and refine a full-funnel growth framework
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates and revenue contribution
- Align marketing activity with sales priorities and commercial targets
CRM and Marketing Automation
- Optimise CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) for lead lifecycle management
- Define and manage lead stages, tracking and handover processes
- Build and manage automated nurture journeys (email, SMS and workflows)
- Reduce manual processes through practical automation
Attribution and Reporting
- Develop reporting across: Lead sources, Cost per lead, Lead quality, Pipeline and opportunity creation, Revenue contribution
- Shift focus from channel metrics to commercial performance
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership
Martech and Systems
- Define and evolve the marketing technology stack
- Ensure tools are integrated and support scale
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes
Leadership and Collaboration
- Provide direction across digital activity and channel execution
- Work closely with Sales and leadership to align on growth objectives
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Drive accountability and clarity across initiatives
About You
- 4+ years in digital marketing, growth or martech roles, ideally within a scale-up or performance-focused environment
- Proven experience owning full-funnel digital strategy
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Experience building lifecycle marketing and automation programs
- Strong understanding of: Lead generation, Conversion optimisation, Attribution, Reporting
- Exposure to paid media strategy and performance
- Commercially minded with a focus on revenue outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
Nice to Have
- Experience in AgTech, regional or operational industries
- Background in scale-ups or high-growth businesses
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
- Exposure to CRO, SEO and website optimisation
