The Opportunity
This is a senior L3 systems role with real ownership across infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and internal tooling. You’ll operate across:
- Deep technical troubleshooting
- Enterprise workspace migration (Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace)
- Identity, access, and system integrations
- Continuous improvement through automation and AI
You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and AI teams, not behind a ticket queue.
What You’ll Be Owning
L3 Technical Support & Escalation
- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues across the business
- Troubleshoot across Linux environments, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and integrations
- Resolve root causes, not just symptoms
Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace Migration
- Play a key role in a full enterprise migration
- Manage email, calendar, file, and identity transitions
- Ensure a seamless experience across a global user base
- Clean up legacy environments and implement best-practice structures
Systems, SaaS & Identity
- Support and optimise tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence
- Own identity and access management (SSO, SAML, RBAC)
- Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows and access governance
- Work across cloud-connected systems and integrations
Automation, AI & Continuous Improvement
- Identify repeat issues and eliminate them through automation
- Partner with AI teams to introduce smarter internal workflows
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and system reliability
- Drive ongoing optimisation across internal platforms
Tech Environment
A modern, evolving stack, not legacy chaos:
- Linux
- Google Workspace (migrating from Microsoft 365)
- Slack, Zoom
- Jira, Confluence
- Identity: SSO, SAML, RBAC
- Cloud and SaaS ecosystem
- Automation and AI tooling (growing focus)
What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- Strong experience in L3 Support or Senior Systems Engineering roles
- Solid Linux systems capability
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace (migration highly regarded)
- Deep troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, SaaS, and identity layers
- Experience working in enterprise or high-availability environments
- A mindset focused on ownership, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or fast-paced tech environments
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Interest or experience in AI-driven tooling

The Details
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Onsite: 5 days a week (this team builds and collaborates in person)
- Salary: $150,000 to $160,000 + super + bonus
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent
