What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and drive the technical vision for a high-impact product area
- Stay hands-on across the stack (.NET + TypeScript/Node)
- Lead architecture decisions where trade-offs actually matter
- Own performance, reliability, and security end-to-end
- Work closely with Product and Delivery to shape what gets built (not just how)
- Manage and mentor a small, high-calibre engineering team
- Tackle technical debt pragmatically without slowing momentum
- Lead incident response and drive meaningful post-mortems

- Confident across TypeScript / Node.js

- Experience owning live systems at scale
- Strong communicator across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Commercial awareness. You understand why what you build matters
Nice to Have (But Not Deal Breakers)
- Experience with onboarding, identity, or compliance-heavy flows
- Familiarity with SSO / OAuth / OIDC / SAML
- Strong front-end sensibility (UX matters here)
- Background in product-led or growth-focused environments
