What You’ll Be Building
We’re growing multiple AI-powered products that solve complex business challenges for organisations operating in highly regulated environments. Depending on your strengths and interests, you’ll focus on one of three areas:
Frontend & Product Engineering
Design and build exceptional user experiences using React and Next.js. You’ll own customer-facing workflows, shape product direction, and create interfaces people genuinely enjoy using.
Backend & Platform Engineering
Build the APIs, infrastructure, services, and data pipelines that power intelligent automation at scale. You’ll work extensively with Python, FastAPI, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
Applied AI & Machine Learning
Build evaluation frameworks, AI workflows, model integrations, and intelligent systems that directly influence product outcomes. You’ll help define how AI is used across the platform and contribute to the next generation of product capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and shipping full-stack features across React, Next.js, Python and FastAPI
- Designing scalable systems, APIs and infrastructure
- Working directly with customers to understand pain points and opportunities
- Turning customer conversations into product improvements
- Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Helping launch entirely new product initiatives as the company expands
- Collaborating with a small team of high-performing engineers who value quality and speed equally
What We’re Looking For
You Might Be A Great Fit If You:
- Have 4 to 7 years of software engineering experience
- Can comfortably work across both frontend and backend systems
- Have built products that real users actively rely on
- Think beyond individual features and understand systems as a whole
- Are AI-native and excited about leveraging modern tooling to accelerate development
- Enjoy solving problems without waiting for permission
- Are comfortable speaking with customers and translating feedback into action
- Care deeply about product quality and engineering excellence
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Bonus Points If You Have
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Built products from zero to one
- Strong infrastructure or platform engineering experience
- Experience working in highly technical, fast-moving environments
- A track record of building products that achieved meaningful customer adoption
