We’re partnering with an independent creative agency working across sport, entertainment and wellness. They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take the lead on a major global health and wellness brand—and bring some fresh creative energy to an already thriving relationship.
Think standout creator campaigns, ambitious PR stunts and partnerships across Pilates, yoga and nutrition. There are dedicated activation budgets, a small team behind you and a client relationship ready for its next chapter.
You’ll have the influence to shape the work and the ownership to see it through.
Your playground
Influencer marketing is at the heart of this account. You’ll know how to find the right voices, build meaningful partnerships and create work that earns attention.
You’ll also:
- Own the client relationship, becoming their trusted senior contact and creative sounding board.
- Bring ideas beyond the brief, spotting opportunities across social, creators, PR and live experiences.
- Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish, covering talent selection, partnerships, content, delivery and results.
- Bring major stunts and activations to life, from the first “what if?” to the final on-the-day detail.
- Build wellness partnerships that give the brand a meaningful place in its audience’s world.
- Keep the moving parts moving, managing budgets, calendars, approvals and timelines.
- Support a small junior team, with strategy and insights specialists alongside you.
- Make the results count, turning campaign data into clear insights and confident recommendations.
You’ve got the goods
You’re already an established Senior Account Manager, or an experienced Account Manager ready to step up, with clear evidence of leading client relationships and delivering great work.
Your background likely comes from a social, influencer or integrated agency, and you bring:
- Strong influencer marketing experience. This is essential—you understand the strategy, the relationships and the execution.
- A creative brain with commercial judgement. Your ideas have a purpose, and you know how to deliver them.
- Solid social experience and confidence running events, activations or brand stunts.
- The presence to lead a client conversation and the attention to detail to follow it through.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior teammates.
- A real interest in health and wellness. You’ll enjoy being immersed in this world.
PR experience would be a lovely extra, particularly if you know how to turn an activation into earned coverage. Experience navigating health claims or regulated categories would also get our attention.
