Three days per week | Sydney | Hybrid
$120k + super FTE, pro rata to $72k + super
Three days. Senior impact. No career compromise.
Perhaps you’ve taken time away from agency life to raise a family. Maybe you’re ready to return, but five days a week no longer fits.
Or perhaps you’re already working part-time and looking for a genuinely senior role that values your experience without asking you to squeeze a full-time workload into three days.
This could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
We’re partnering with a growing independent agency looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead two established brands within the Early Life Nutrition category.
This is a genuine three-day-per-week position, designed and remunerated as a 0.6 FTE role. The working days can be discussed, with a flexible hybrid arrangement available.
Why your experience matters
Early Life Nutrition is a highly regulated and deeply personal category. It requires empathy, sound judgement and a genuine understanding of how parents seek information, make decisions and engage with brands and creators.
You may bring professional experience across infant nutrition, formula, parenting, maternal health, FMCG, consumer health or wellness. You may also have lived experience that gives you an additional understanding of the audience and category.
Being a parent is not a requirement, but relevant category knowledge and an appreciation of the sensitivities involved will be highly valued.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the day-to-day relationship across two Early Life Nutrition brands.
- Manage always-on influencer and creator programs.
- Oversee campaigns from talent selection and briefing through to content approvals, execution and reporting.
- Coordinate social content, activations and smaller projects across fitness and wellness.
- Manage multiple briefs, timelines and approval processes.
- Bring structure to a fast-moving account and establish clear ways of working.
- Confidently manage reverse briefs, shifting priorities and scope.
- Work closely with strategy, insights, creative and specialist teams.
- Support and mentor junior account team members.
- Track performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
What you’ll bring
- Senior Account Manager-level experience within a social, influencer, PR, content or integrated agency.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering influencer or creator campaigns.
- The confidence to manage senior clients and make sound decisions.
- Experience balancing multiple accounts, campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong process, budget and scope-management skills.
- Experience working within regulated or sensitive consumer categories.
- An understanding of the Australian influencer and parenting landscape.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- A calm, organised and collaborative approach.
Direct experience with infant formula or Early Life Nutrition would be particularly valuable. We’re also interested in candidates from adjacent categories including maternal health, parenting, baby products, consumer healthcare, nutrition, wellness, beauty or regulated FMCG.
Why consider it?
- A genuinely senior role structured around three days per week.
- $120k + super full-time equivalent, (pro rata to $72k + super).
- Flexible hybrid working.
- Meaningful work within a category that supports parents and families.
- Hands-on exposure to influencers, creators, social and content.
- An independent agency with strong momentum and supportive leadership.
- The opportunity to rebuild momentum after a career break without stepping backwards.
- A clear pathway to broader responsibility if your availability changes in the future.
If you’ve been waiting for a flexible role that recognises the experience you built before taking a break, we’d love to hear from you.
All applications and conversations will be treated confidentially.
