Big Wave Digital is working with a high-growth iGaming business that is building fast, scaling hard, and looking for a Front End Developer who can keep up.

This is not a “sit back and wait for tickets” kind of role. This is a build, ship, optimise, repeat environment.

You will be working on real products, real users, real money flowing through the platform. Every interaction, every millisecond, every screen matters. This is front-end engineering where performance and polish are not nice-to-haves; they are expected.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be right in the middle of the action, working across modern web applications and customer-facing products that need to perform under pressure.

• Building fast, scalable interfaces using React.js and Next.js
• Improving performance across high-traffic user journeys
• Working closely with product, design, and backend teams
• Delivering clean, responsive, high-quality front-end experiences
• Constantly refining, iterating, and improving what is already live

What You Bring

You are not just someone who “knows React.” You understand what good looks like in production.

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience building in high-performance, product-led environments
• A sharp eye for UI, UX, and detail
• Ability to move quickly without breaking things
• Comfortable working in a fast, commercially driven business

Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are important in this role, as you will be working closely with teams where this is part of the day-to-day.
