The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising the organisation’s digital ecosystem. You will work across digital campaigns, website management, eDMs, SEO, SEM, digital analytics and ongoing website enhancements, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Manage end-to-end eDM campaigns including briefing, build, testing and reporting.
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives with agency partners.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Assist with lead generation and digital conversion optimisation activities.
- Coordinate website content updates and ongoing BAU enhancements.
- Work closely with developers and agencies on website improvements and digital projects.
- Analyse performance data using GA4 and other analytics platforms.
- Support A/B testing, customer journey improvements and conversion initiatives.
- Maintain product and digital content across various platforms and systems.
- Assist with digital project delivery, testing and quality assurance activities.

Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Digital Coordinator or Ecommerce role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, eDM and performance marketing.
- Experience managing website content and digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation and email platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The Master Level Moves
Useful, but not essential. These are the techniques that mark a true black belt: experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore. Exposure to Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Tag Manager or similar platforms. An understanding of UX, CRO and customer journey optimisation. If you bring these, you will fit right in.
