This squad owns the full post-onboarding experience: client portal, mobile app, retention flows, and the core product surfaces customers use daily. If a customer touches it after they sign up, this team built it.
This role is for you if:
- You still think in React. Not just manage people who do.
- You’re comfortable in a .NET C# backend: enough to be self-sufficient across a full feature.
- You’ve shipped mobile. React Native experience means you can speak the language of the whole stack.
- You care about the things most people don’t notice: layout shift, render latency, interaction quality.
- You understand that a faster, more accessible product isn’t just good UX. It’s a retention outcome.
- You want autonomy. Real autonomy. Not managed autonomy.
This role is NOT for you if:
